Appearance: Clean, crystalline and bright, with
small bubbles of natural carbon dioxide.
Colour: Partridge-eye red, with pink reflections.
Aroma: Medium intensity, very fruity primary aromas
with a predominance of red fruit, raspberries
and especially strawberries, typically varietal.
Palate: Smooth, light attack, with a good balance
of alcohol and acidity, slight sweetness balanced
by fresh, lively acidity. Rich fruit mouth with
youthful nuances, generous finish and average
length.

Drinking:
Ready to drink now. Served chilled, between 6-8
ºC.
Ideal for drinking alone as an aperitif or to
accompany light summer meals such as pastas, pizzas,
salads, grilled fish, seafood and rice dishes.

Tasting Notes::
Appearance: Clean and bright.
Colour: Medium iodine-garnet red, with good colour
development.
Aroma: Intense, highly individual and complex,
with a good balance of wood and fruit, excellent
woody, toasted and smoky aromas and hints of cedar.
Crystallised small red fruit, spices and notes
of dead leaves. Varietal with a highly individual
bouquet.
Palate: Powerful attack, explosion of sensations
in the mouth, balance, roundness, smoothness,
mouth-filling, a syrupy, oily wine. Very mature,
elegant tannins. The finish reveals elegant notes
of wood and richly ripe fruit. Generous, very
long aftertaste. |
Drinking:
Currently drinking at its best, though it could
be kept for two more years. Serve between 20-22
ºC. Ideal accompaniment for red meats, stews,
spicy casseroles and mature cheeses of all kinds.

Appearance: Clean and bright.
Colour: Medium ruby colour with a slightly iodine
rim, little colour development.
Aroma: Medium to powerful aroma characteristic
of Cabernet Sauvignon, ripe redcurrants, spices
and mineral notes. Good, well-balanced woods in
the background. Good balance of aromas.
Palate: Fine, powerful attack with generous sensations
in the mouth, balanced acidity and good alcohol
content, and mature, rounded, unassertive tannins
that will improve further. Mouth-filling. Aromas
of fruit, spices and wood in the mouth. A warm
powerful, rounded, open wine with a long, persistent
finish. |
Drinking:
This wine is ready to drink now but can be kept
for a further 4 or 5 years. Ideal accompaniment
to grilled meats, barbecues, meat stews, charcuterie
and cheeses. |
